Born and raised in St. Louis, I have always had a passion for making people feel their best inside and out! My name is Jessie D'Alto (JD Hair Design LLC) and I have been in the beauty industry for about 7 years, spending two of those years under a mentor perfecting my skills. My specialties include blonding & lived in blondes, but have the knowledge and training to do it all! I keep up with my education every year, going to many different classes of different professional haircare lines to stay up to date on the latest trends! While in my chair, I will be a great listener and leave you feeling better than when you came in.
When I have downtime, I am either having happy hour with friends, binge watching my reality TV shows, or hanging out with my mom's dog Hanna who is my dog bestie :)
Owning my own loft has been a dream in the making! I look forward to seeing all of you in my chair!

Jessie is like a hair surgeon with a great bedside manner. It was my first time with her, and she proved to be patient, professional, communicative, straightforward and incredibly talented (as well as easy to talk to, laid back, friendly, etc.) I desperately needed emergency assistance from someone with the skill to fix the cataclysmic disaster on my head - my hair was damaged, overprocessed, thinning and pretty embarrassing. I’d attemped and failed to give myself full highlights and a train wreck of a cut (thanks, Brad Mondo). Jessie took the time to listen to my wish list, and talk to me about the reasons certain things wouldn’t work. She gave me several good options that were based upon her observations. She explained in clear terms the reasoning behind her suggestions, all of which were based upon her experience and knowledge about hair in general (ultimately I took them all). From the minute i sat down, my fear of paying for another disappointing cut/color from a half-hearted, robotic stylist evaporated. She worked with me to devise a plan that would give me the results I wanted while factoring in my problematic hair type, weight, current length/cut, and overall condition. Bonus: I wasn’t there for half the day - she worked efficiently but thoughtfully, and I was honestly overjoyed with the end result. I’ll never go to anyone else again unless she retires early, changes profession, or moves to a far away land. Jessie gets an A+ from me all the way around, and I could not recommend her more highly. Thanks again, Jessie - you’re my hero!
