CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to provide the best scheduling options for my guests, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any adjustments to your upcoming appointment.
FOR ALL COLOR APPOINTMENTS: APPOINTMENTS CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL INCUR A FEE OF $50. INVOICE WILL BE SENT VIA TEXT OR EMAIL. PAYMENT OF THIS FEE WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE SCHEDULING A NEW APPOINTMENT. A NO-SHOW WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF SCHEDULED SERVICE BEFORE BOOKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
