I booked online and she called to introduce herself and get an idea of my hair needs which truly impressed me. She took her time, was very professional and friendly. This was really my first time going to a salon to get my hair done (previously, I was going to relatives for my haircuts). I decided to get bangs and I was extremely nervous! However, Tricia did an amazing job!! She was extremely professional and made me feel at ease the entire time. She even took the time to show me different ways that I can style my hair.
