I have over 27 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist and also been a certified skin analyst for over 18 years. I am also a certified psychoHAIRapist - mental health advocate and a board-certified holistic health practitioner, specializing in hormonal hair loss, menopause health, and confident patient care advocacy.
I support the menopausal woman in holistically bridging the gap between her hair, health, and hormones, so that she can regain her confidence while balancing midlife hormonal changes. The proper hair care plan, guided by scientific wellness education can restore health and balance, not just to your hair and scalp, but to your mind, body, and soul.
Midlife presents challenges of its own, and the journey to healthy hair and a balanced system can feel stressful. It can also cause midlife to resemble a crisis, but with the right support and holistic care, you will regain your confidence several strands at a time.
