• All new clients must receive a consultation before any service to assess hair health and discuss service expectations.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is NOT secured until you have received confirmation from your stylist.
•Booking: Appointments must be scheduled at least 48-72 hours in advance. Please contact your stylist before booking your appointment!
•Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please inform your stylist within the same 48-72 hour timeframe. Last-minute cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.
•No-Call No-Shows: Failure to contact us regarding a missed appointment will result in a full charge of the scheduled service.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To respect the time of our guests and staff, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required for all clients to secure an appointment. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of service.
Braided Styles with Weave: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for all braided styles with weave. If you would like the stylist to provide the hair, the deposit is $65.
Your appointment will only be confirmed once you receive a response from your stylist.
All services must be paid for before leaving the salon. Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to ensure payment is completed, and reminders should not be required.
Extended Service Time and After-Hours Fee
Some styles require extended time to complete. For any service that begins after 5:30 pm and requires more than 3 hours, an after-hours fee will apply. This ensures that both the client and stylist can work comfortably, respecting the time and effort involved.
Time Considerations for Services
Communication Policy ~ Please be mindful that response times may vary as your stylist is often busy with other clients. If you reach out, allow 24-48 hours for a response to inquiries. During appointments, communication may be limited to maintain focus on client services.
Certain styles can take 5-6 hours to complete, so please schedule your appointment on a day when neither you nor your stylist will feel rushed. This allows the stylist to perform at their best and ensures you receive the highest quality service in a comfortable, stress-free environment.
We understand that unexpected situations arise, but open communication is essential for accommodating all clients smoothly.
To qualify for a complimentary redo, the dissatisfaction must result from a service error rather than a change of preference after the service has been completed. In cases of disagreement, the need for a redo must be validated by salon management.
• Timeline: You have 48 hours from the initial service to contact us regarding any dissatisfaction.
• Correction Period: Adjustments will only be offered up to 4 days after the initial service date.
• Re-Do Appointments: Please note that if you do not show up for a re-do reservation, we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Late Cancellations/Rescheduling: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost. The fee will be applied to the credit card on file used to secure your reservation.

We kindly ask that you respect your artist’s time and the experience of other guests. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule and will charge a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. In the event your stylist is more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, a $10 discount will be applied to your service as a courtesy.
