Theresa Barthold

Theresa is a graduate of the Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago and has been practicing massage therapy for  10 years. She is dedicated to providing professional, personalized therapeutic care with a focus on helping clients reduce muscular tension, manage stress, support recovery, and improve overall well-being.

With a clinical and client-centered approach, Theresa takes the time to understand each client’s individual concerns, areas of discomfort, health history, and wellness goals in order to customize every session. She believes effective massage therapy should support both the physical needs of the body and the importance of relaxation and stress management.

Theresa specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and Hot Stone Massage, incorporating techniques based on each client’s needs and comfort level.

Her goal is to create a professional, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, cared for, and supported throughout their wellness and recovery journey.
