Hi, I’m Tara! I’ve been behind the chair for years and absolutely love helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own style. I specialize in precision haircuts, dimensional color, and extensions — and I’m all about creating looks that are tailored to each person’s lifestyle. Whether you want something effortlessly low-maintenance or bold and transformative, my goal is to make your hair feel like you.
For me, hairstyling is equal parts art and connection. I take time to really listen, understand your goals, and design a look that fits both your personality and your everyday routine. I’m passionate about healthy, lived-in hair that looks great in the salon and grows out beautifully at home.
My chair is a space where you can relax, have a few laughs, and walk out feeling like the best version of yourself. Because at the end of the day, great hair isn’t just about the style — it’s about the confidence and energy you carry with it.

I met Tara as a walk-in client at a previous salon. I haven’t looked back since and followed her when she started her own chair at Salon Lofts. My hair is thick and requires someone who knows how to navigate the cut well. And, floor color - I’m in the red family. She is the only colorist I can remember who got it right the first time! I also scheduled my sister to see her when she was in from the NYC area. My sister has very long, curly hair and Tara handled it easily. My sister is coming back into town and Tara is her first stop!
