About
BOOKING AVAILABILITY:
I will open the booking schedule every month, on the 15th, at 1pm for the preceding month. (Ex: Booking for March will be available on February 15th). You will no longer be able to book appointments months in advance. Only 30 days out. This will eliminate frequent last minute cancellations and rescheduling appointments.
EVENING APPOINTMENTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!
Every other Monday and Tuesday I will be offering evening appointments from 4:30pm-9:00pm. Please text or call directly for availability. (919) 885-2481
UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY: Please understand that appointment times are very limited. Cancellation and rebooking will now require 48 hours notice. This will allow time for me to fill your missed appointment. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after this timeframe you will be charged a $35 fee. There will be absolutely no exceptions. Invoices will be emailed to you and must paid within 24 hours via Cash App ($Sheik0804). You will not be able to make any future appointments until your invoice is paid in full.
LATE ARRIVAL/NO SHOW POLICY
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to cancel or reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe. If for any reason I don’t hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged a cancellation fee of $35. You will not be able to make any future appointments until your balance is paid in full.
