I would like to thank you in advance for considering me for the opportunity to serve you and all your hair needs. I've had a passion for the hairand beauty industry my whole adult life. I hold not only my cosmetology license but also my educator license. In my time as a hairstylist i have mastered a wide range of hair techniques including coloring, cutting, and up-dos. However my specialty and passion is color.
I believe in continual education and strives to stay at the forefront of my field with the knowledge of new products and services available in order to provide excellent service. I pride myself on cutting edge coloring techniques, foil highlights and lowlights, color correction, gray reduction, fashion cuts, modern cuts, razor cuts, men’s cuts, kid’s cuts, styling, special occasion hair dressing, and waxing. I stay updated on all the latest trends so that I can give you the look you want.
I place high value on listening to my clients, understanding their needs and respecting their hair.... and I strive for unlimited creativity!
POLICIES
Refund Policy
My intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with my services. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
1. Services received cannot be refunded but will be offered at no cost to fix to clients liking
2. Product Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its orginal packaging. If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
3. No refunds are given for gift card order.
Cancellations/Late Policy
AS A COURTESY, PLEASE REMEMBER TO CALL OR TEXT AS SOON AS YOU KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, AND I’D BE HAPPY TO REBOOK IT FOR YOU. IF YOU MISS AN APPOINTMENT OR FAIL TO GIVE 24 HOURS NOTICE 2 TIMES, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A FEE OF 50% OF YOUR SERVICE TOTAL FOR YOUR 3RD MISSED APPOINTMENT. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you.
