Hi! Thank you for your interest in StylezByRoz, LLC. My name is Roseline Watkins, and I’m a licensed cosmetologist and a graduate of The ESANI Institute - A Paul Mitchell Partner School. I am God fearing, a wife, and mother to 4 beautiful children. I specialize in Natural Hair Care and Color. Prior to venturing out on my own, I was a Master Stylist and Colorist at Too Groovy Salon Midtown. My artistic vision and impeccable attention to details allows me to create styles and colors individualized to my clients' needs. As a master of my craft, I keep up with the latest trends as they appear on the fashion scene. I continue to improve my skills with continued education training with the elite educational programs. I strongly believe that communication and customer satisfaction is pivotal in providing my guests with a great salon experience. So if you can’t make an appointment or you’re running late, all I ask is that you’re courteous enough to notify me well before the cancellation period. My priority has been and will always be achieving my clients' hair care needs and exceeding their expectations. I absolutely love what I do and I look forward to servicing you!
SALON & CANCELLATION POLICY
All NEW CLIENTS (Tuesday - Friday (excluding the Holidays) appointments ONLY)) must pay a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Deposits must be sent via zelle to @StylezByRoz@gmail.com and/or CashApp: $Roz0524. If your deposit is NOT received w/in 48 hours of booking, your appointment will be cancelled. Deposit will be applied to your future service. NO CALL/NO SHOWS results in forfeiture of your deposit and the remaining balance of your scheduled service will be charged. You are allowed one reschedule in which your deposit will be transferred. Exceptions will be made only for those who have communicated with me.
ALL Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment & NO SHOWS will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of your scheduled service. Rescheduling your appointment outside of the cancellation period is equivalent to cancelling your appointment; you will be charged. By booking this appointment, you understand that you are reserving an appointment slot and ALL fees assessed are NON-REFUNDABLE. Repeated no call no shows and same day cancellations will be BLOCKED.
Before/After hour services on scheduled work days will incur a fee of $75. Squeeze ins (appointments on scheduled work days), will incur a $50 fee. Sunday/Saturday appointments are an additional $100.
While I do not have a late policy in place, please do not hesitate to contact me if you are running late and need to make adjustments to your appointment.
