TOUCH-UP POLICY
Annual touch-up services for existing clients are $111 + tax, applicable for appointments WITHIN 1 year of your last visit.
If more than one year has passed, pricing will be assessed based on the current condition and fading of your brows.
Clients whose brows were done by a different artist are required to schedule a consultation first. Pricing will be determined following the consultation, based on the amount of correction needed, skin condition, and overall brow assessment.

NO-SHOW POLICY
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent one week in advance and again the day before your scheduled service.
If you fail to show up without prior notice, a no-show fee of 50% of your scheduled service will be charged.
Clients wishing to rebook following a no-show must submit 50% payment of the previously missed appointment before a new appointment can be confirmed. This amount is separate from and in addition to the new service fee.
