Rhiannon is absolutely the best! I’ve been seeing her almost 2 years for my curly cut and vivid colors and every single thing she does to my hair is a masterpiece!! Having moved to Raleigh, I was very nervous about finding a hair stylist who truly knows what they’re doing for curly hair. When I turned 30, my hair became curly (I’m guessing due to genetics). Having had wavy hair most of my life, I was entirely new to managing my curls and Rhiannon not only turned my hair into a masterpiece, she educated me on how to bring out the best of my curls at home between haircuts. *hops on soapbox* Women who've been rocking their natural curls know: when you find a stylist you like, don't let them go. That is Rhiannon for me. I've worn my hair curly my entire life, but have only felt heard by Rhiannon. When I say "don't cut my face framing pieces because I'm trying to grow them out", she doesn't. That may seem trivial, but curly hair takes a long time to grow. A small snip can take months to grow back. Additionally, Rhiannon has taken the brave (and appreciated!) stance of not charging extra for curly cuts...simply because you have curly hair. This has become a standard practice in the hair industry, resulting in extremely high price differences for something that is naturally occurring. I applaud her! She possess an attention to detail (personalized organic hair product recommendations, anyone?) and there is no doubt in my mind that she has my hair health and goals top of mind when I'm in her chair. I'm extremely excited to see her thrive in her own hair studio! P.S. buy the aforementioned products -- they last eons longer than any of the (many) other products I've tried, smell amazing, and support your stylist. *hops off soapbox*
