I had a wig install with Rachel this past week. What a pleasant surprise! We had the most all over the place, rambling conversation about EVERYTHING. It was great. She did find time to find out about my hair regimen and how I style and care for my very thick natural hair. I will definitely be rebooking with her to try new styles and haircare. She was gentle with my hair even though it was tangled and even though we were running late( not her fault) she still took her time and made sure I was satisfied.
