Paulo gives a great haircut. I have been to other salons which rush through a men's haircut sometimes in as little as 20 minutes but Paulo spends about 45 minutes and the result speaks for itself I highly recommend Paulo and his new location in Salon Lofts is brand new and provides a lot of privacy.
