Hii! My name is Via. I am a stylist at Salon Lofts, located at 2179 Stringtown Rd, Grove City, OH (Loft 9). As a queer, non-binary stylist, I love making people feel comfortable and confident in their skin. I use they/them pronouns and I'm a safe person to try pronouns with. I love servicing my LGBTQ+ community and I believe we all have the right to feel good in our own skin. Honestly, I was very uncomfortable going to a stylist after doing my own hair for years. Fear of being looked down upon for doing it myself. Olivia, however, made me feel welcomed and got my hair back to where I can grow it out naturally. Will forever be my stylist!

I’ve only gotten haircuts from my mom, and going to Saturdays growing up… Getting my hair cut and dyed by Via is a game changer! Seeing that my hair can hold dye and actually be bleached without it looking like i did it at home (bc i normally did) is amazing!!

Via absolutely is slaying the vivid color and blonde game right now!! Took my extremely ratty over processed hair and turned it into healthy, vibrant and soft hair!! They were not only extremely attentive, receptive and caring to my hair ideas but also with real life conversations! ive never had a stylist i could comfortably chat and vent to and it just came so easily with Via! 1000% will be back, couldn’t even imagine seeing a difference stylist after how amazing my session with them was! I went to Via for my first haircut in over a year after much procrastination. I needed a lot of length taken off, a lot of thinning out – and I needed a style! Via took their time listening to my concerns and thoughts on what I wanted/needed and looked at pics of what I liked. They gave me their thoughts and ideas and went to work! They nailed it! It’s exactly what I wanted and needed. I couldn’t’ be happier with my new style. My hair feels and looks so healthy now, my wavy curls are refreshed. I’m so glad I’ve found my new stylist! I highly recommend Via for a judgement free, no pressure, patient experience and a fabulous cut and style!

I got my hair dyed professionally for the first time by Via and they did amazing!! I also got a cut and have never been able to get a good cut because the amount of hair I have and how thick it is but they did awesome! I have anxiety and they were really nice and I didn't feel anxious! I really recommend Via for people who are nervous about changing their hair like I was.

Via is very open about creating a safe space for everyone and they made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in the door. Although I only got my bangs trimmed at my first appointment, I am definitely looking forward to being back soon for a full cut with Via!
