I pride my self on the ability to educate all of my guest on the needs of their hair , but also help create hair plans to achieve specified hair goals . I firmly believe in thorough consultations , so I ask a good amount of questions to gain clarity and understanding . An experience in my chair can be described as pleasant and educational . I value all of my guests , and I try my best to keep my guests on their toes through change . I love to change looks and use key factors like face Shape, eye color ,and lifestyle to help determine what an appropriate change should /could be . Octavia is wonderful- she takes the time to talk to you and discuss exactly what you're hoping to achieve. For reference I have wavy blond hair and I've gotten cuts and all different types of color and I've always walked away happy. Not only that, but if she's always willing to work with you if you have an issue. One time I got highlights but after I got home, noticed that the roots weren't as blended as I had hoped for. No worries- she told me to come right in the next day, applied a smudge on my roots for no charge and the results were perfect! She genuinely wants you to walk away happy with your look. 10/10 recommend :)
