McKenzie is extremely educated, passionate and experienced at hair! She was gentle, listened and took great care of my hair. As someone who stayed away from processing/coloring my hair for over two years out of fear of over processing from past experience with other stylists, she went above and beyond to make sure that wouldn’t be the case. She listened when I shared what I knew about my hair and how it reacts to color and didn’t leave the product sitting for the time it “calls” for.
