A graduate from Central Maryland School of Massage in Frederick, MD in 2010 and a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

I strive to provide my clients with a customized therapeutic massage relaxing body & mind. Clients relax by focusing on their breathing, allowing the mind to become relaxed and in tune with the body. My central goal is to promote overall health and well-being of self.

When Francis is not working she can be found spending time with her 2 kids and husband, traveling, reading and enjoying life.
