Welcome! My name is Mariah. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years and Reiki Master for 3 years. In this time, I have developed a true love and respect for holistic healing and the opportunities I get to connect with individuals from all walks of life through one common denominator: touch.
I believe the body is a biological machine with the ability to learn and adapt based on what we are programming into ourselves. This is a philosophy that I build my massages on, utilizing a variety of deep, yet mindful hands-on therapy and energy work techniques to help ease the body into its optimal state of wellness.
