PARKING:

LATE/TARDINESS:

🔹Make sure to call ASAP, reschedule is an option if notified within the 24hr grace period (see policy for further information).

CANCELLATIONS:

🔹Rescheduling is highly recommended as cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, as well as a "no call, no show", will result in being charged up to 100% of the service that was booked. This does not apply for appointments booked day of.

APPOINTMENT DURATION:

🔹Make sure to plan accordingly. Some services will take more than 2 hours. Depending on selective services like; major color correction and high blonding (global lifting).

PRICING:

🔹Prices varies, for an rough estimate- Please message me for exact prices prior to booking your appointment

REFUNDS:

🔹Day of service if not satisfied please make sure to notify me. I will fix what I can (color correction varies). Agreement from both parties; client and professional stylist, during consultation appointment. After one week grace period of service, no refunds.

Lena is INCREDIBLE! I was looking for a new stylist to freshen up my balayage, but initially went to another stylist first - HUGE mistake. She did the exact opposite if what we discussed and left me with these chunky, unblended, brassy orange highlights with the most blunt and choppy trim I've ever seen (even after trimming my own hair through COVID). It was almost unbelievable how bad it looked and I had less than 48-hours to fix it before a wedding that weekend. At 9 pm that night I saw an opening with Lena the following day so I booked immediately (along with a message expressing my urgency). Lena beyond saved the day. In less than an hour she texted me directly, requesting pics of my current situation and discussing the inspo I was going for and how she thought she could help. The next morning she got right to work adding back in lowlights and re-toning my hair. She understood exactly what I wanted and she damn near achieved it despite the absolute disaster she had to work with. I wish I could add photos of the before and after because she worked some serious magic. I''ll be returning to Lena again soon for round 2 of the repairs, but she gave me a look that has been totally workable in the mean time. Lena is amazing at what she does and she's an absolute sweetheart, goes so above and beyond - even for a brand new client she'd never met! I will forever return to her as long as she's in business!
