My name is Laury Melissa Checo, a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Ohio and the founder of Laury Melissa Hair Studio. My journey in the beauty industry comes from a deep passion for helping people feel confident, beautiful, and proud of who they are.

From a young age, I discovered that hair is more than just style — it is a form of expression, identity, and confidence. Through dedication and hard work, I have built my career specializing in color transformations, professional haircuts, keratin treatments, hair botox, deep hydration and repair treatments, natural and curly hair care, and hair extensions.

My journey has not only been professional but also personal. As a Dominican entrepreneur living in the United States, I have learned that dreams are built with dedication, resilience, and love for what you do.

Today my mission is to offer more than a beauty service. I want every person who sits in my chair to feel valued, heard, and transformed.
