I’m Kristen Kite-Cataldo, a licensed massage therapist and the proud owner of my private massage therapy practice. Since 2020, I’ve been committed to helping clients reduce pain, relieve stress, restore balance, and improve their overall well-being through personalized therapeutic massage.
I believe that every body tells a different story, which is why I take the time to understand each client’s concerns, goals, and lifestyle. Every session is thoughtfully customized to meet your individual needs, whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, dealing with everyday tension, or simply investing in your health through regular self-care.
My practice was founded on the belief that massage therapy is an important part of whole-body wellness—not just a way to relax, but a path to feeling stronger, moving better, and living with less pain. I strive to create a peaceful, welcoming space where you can disconnect from the demands of daily life and focus on your health.
