Important Booking & Service Information

Please review the following policies and guidelines to ensure the best experience for your appointment.

💬 Booking Policy

Deposit: $50 (Non-refundable, applied toward your final payment)

Late Fee: $25 if you arrive 15 minutes or more past your appointment time.

Cancellation/No-Show Fee: $50
(Deposit will be forfeited if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or if you miss your appointment).

Deposits are accepted through Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

Final payments are accepted through Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, Card, and Cash.

🎨 Hair Included Policy

All braid styles include standard braiding hair in natural colors:

• 1, 1B, 2, and 4

If you’d like a custom or specialty color, feel free to bring your own pre-stretched braiding hair.

Please note: Bringing your own hair does not change the service price, as pricing is based on time, skill, and overall service. However, a $10 discount is offered only if you bring your own hair for color preference reasons.
