I moved to Jacksonville in 2019 from Honolulu Hawaii and am now proud to consider myself a Jacksonville beaches local! Kelly is absolutely amazing! I would not trust anyone else with my hair. I first came to her after using extremely problematic black box hair dye on my naturally blonde hair. I had tried bleaching it out myself and had damaged it completely. From the first appointment she made me feel so comfortable and has completely transformed my hair.
