Unlike other nail salons she allows you to either relax with music or watch whatever you please on the television. She is also flexible and is willing to get you the best time for an appointment. Kelly is always up to date with the latest seasonal color scheme and is willing to try something new. I love going to Kelly's she is an amazing person.
