WAITING LIST: Please be as specific as you can about times you can come in. ALSO book the next available appointment that does work for you as an alternative. You can have an upcoming appointment and be on the waiting list at the same time.
CANCELATION, RESCHEDULING, NO-SHOW POLICY: There is a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling fee of 100% of your booked services. No-show’s are subject to 100% charge of booked services. Please note that late arrivals fall under this policy, if I am unable to provide the service due to time allotted, 100% of booked services will be charged. No exceptions.
