As a beauty professional I strive to make your healthy hair dreams come true! I've been to many additional trainings since becoming a stylist, such as ; Balayage with industry celebrities Candy Shaw and Shannon Keel AKA The Hair Doo Chick, and numerous other training in haircare lines such as Redken, Diva curl, Wella, Alphaparf, Sexy hair, Sebastian etc..Specializing in hair care and "realistic" cut and color maintenance. My goal is to find out what hair shape and color will best fit your lifestyle. Whether your someone who has thick curly coarse hair or fine straight hair I will help you find the regime for your individual hair type. TEXTURE MATTERS!
During your first visit you can expect a thorough consultation where we will discuss your hair type (what it can and cannot do), maintenance and what you can expect out of the next visits to come. Healthy hair is beautiful hair and I can help you get there. Your hair is your best accessory, treat it well.

After years of struggling with brassy low lights, the first time I met Kara she looked at my natural hair and believed I didn't need low lights. Not only were they brassy after a few washings, they didn't compliment my skin tone like my natural color did. She could've given me lowlights like all of the other stylists I had gone to (and charged me more $) but knew it wasn't the result I wanted. I love that Kara really cares about what looks best more than she cares about how much she can charge and get away with. She's truly the best stylist I've ever had.
