There is an art to designing cuts that support each person’s unique hair type and its natural shape. I specialize in cutting short to medium styles for women and men, working with the texture to enhance the natural movement that is specific to each individual. With 40 years of experience as a hair stylist, I enjoy working with clients to create a contemporary look that is easy to maintain for various lifestyles.

In addition to my formal cosmetology licensing, I received advanced hands-on training for methods that were originated by leaders in the world of hair dressing. I’ve had many opportunities to attend demonstrations showcasing innovative techniques from some of the best stylists in the industry. 

I enjoy meeting with clients and offering them a moment to relax in a comfortable setting. Outside of the salon, I can be found in my painting studio in the Northeast Minneapolis arts district where my creativity is energized by my work as a visual artist.
