Joel's hair journey began 28 years ago at Maximum FX on the drag in Austin, TX. Not long after, he was managing Ulta Salon & Cosmetics and traveling as an educator for the State of TX. After 7 years, he began working for his self. Through his versatile experience, Joel adopted an impressive skill set being able to incorporate various techniques to craft the best hairstyles that play to individuals’ unique needs. Whether he's transforming with extensions or simply giving a fresh new haircut, he truly embraces every encounter and genuinely loves what he does.
