Hi I'm Izaak! If you are looking for a firm touch relaxation experience or a deeper more rehabilitative massage, I'm the person for you.
I specialize in Deep Tissue, Sports, Relaxation, and Rehabilitative Massage techniques. Whether you're dealing with general aches, chronic pain, or stress and fatigue, my massage is sure to meet your needs.
I started my massage journey in New York practicing Sports Massage. I then moved my studies to Florida where I could further study deep tissue and medical massage, as well as the standard Swedish Massage. Since then I've moved here, to Saint Louis, where I've been for over two years now.
I have plenty of experience working with athletes, the elderly, post-surgery patients (once approved for massage by their doctor), and those with chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, frozen shoulder, and Multiple sclerosis; All bodies are welcome!

How often should I get a Massage?
While its nice treating massage as an occaisonal luxury, consistent visits are the best way to have prolonged relief. Below are some of my reccomended frequencies, and why.
Once a week:
Good for those who want to hard focus on chronic areas of pain and recover as soon as possible. Perfect for pain management, dealing with frozen shoulder, Plantar Fasciitis, sciatica, and so on.
Every two weeks:
A great middle-ground for those who want to reduce muscle tension at a good pace while giving the body time to rest. Perfect for Athletic individuals and medium to moderate pain management.
Once a month:
This is the perfect routine tune-up. Once a month will help you body stay loose without breaking the bank. Perfect for individuals who are consistent with other wellness activies (stretching, yoga, etc), good for mild to medium pain management, and great for general preventative care.
