BOOKINGS: Appointment times may fluctuate slightly until the barber is finished with previous client, as not all cuts and styles fit in the allotted time given and we do not believe in rushing, although we try very hard to meet those timelines. CANCELLATION NOTICE: We kindly ask for 3 hours prior to your appointment for cancelled appointments, as courtesy to the barber and more importantly other clients. Appointments which are cancelled less than 3 hours will be charged 100% due to the late cancellation, your profile will be turned to PRE-PAY ONLY. To reschedule/cancel your appointment refer to the link provided in the email you received when the appointment was booked. NO SHOW NOTICE: If you simply do not show up for your appointment, your profile will be turned to PRE-PAY ONLY and you will be charged for 100% of the cost for the appointment missed. LATE NOTICE: Arriving late for your appointment, 10 minutes or more will be rescheduled and a 50% fee scheduled appointment late will be added to the next visit. Barbers earn their living by filling slots on their schedule. When a client cancels less than 24 hours in advance, it can be hard to find someone else to book in their spot. You will be charged a fee.
