HELPING BODIES HEAL. I have been a certified massage therapist since 2006. After 14 years at The Face and the Body (as a massage therapist and educator), I established Muscle Health Therapy, LLC. With over 10,000 hours of massage experience, I am proficient at Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Pre/Post Surgery, Craniosacral, Reflexology, and Pre/Post Natal massage. To schedule an appointment, please call or text me at 314-704-1734. I am available Sundays 9:00-5:00, Mondays 11:00-7:00, Tuesdays 10:00-6:00 and Thursdays 8:00-12:00.
