Sought after for her natural and lived in approach to color, Elyssa specializes in creating the perfect custom hair color for each and every one of her clients. Beginning her career in Chicago at some of the cities best hair salons, Elyssa was awarded the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented artists in the industry such as Johnnie Ramirez, Ahn Co Tran, Sal Salcedo, and Buddy Porter. It was there that she began to hone her Balayage highlighting technique that allows her to deliver a more personal, customized approach to hair color, and produce results remarkable for their definition and dimension. Born and raised in New Orleans, Elyssa moved back down south to Austin and worked for Deep Roots where she continued to perfect her craft and build a deep and loyal following. From vibrant beachy blondes to deep rich brunettes, Elyssa always manages to achieve the balance her clients desire: natural-looking color complimented by timeless chic styles.
