Hi, I’m Devyn Grounds, owner and stylist behind Alchemy Haus by Devyn, a private hair studio in Buckhead, Atlanta. I specialize in dimensional color, blonding, hair extensions, hair and scalp health, and customized solutions for thinning hair and density concerns.

My work combines consultation, technical precision, advanced education, and a commitment to protecting the long-term health and integrity of the hair and scalp. Every service plan is customized around your hair history, lifestyle, maintenance, and goals.

As a Redken Artist, I traveled throughout Georgia and surrounding states educating salon professionals for the brand. While I’m not currently active with the Artist network, education remains a major part of my work.

I’ve also earned more than 10 advanced certifications across hair extensions, mesh integration, hair toppers, alternative hair solutions, and advanced hair and scalp services.

I’m also a certified practitioner of AI Scalp Density Enhancement, an innovative treatment for thinning hair, widening part lines, and increased scalp visibility. Unlike traditional scalp micropigmentation (SMP), AI Scalp combines customized scalp camouflage with an approach designed to create the appearance of fuller, denser hair while supporting the scalp and existing hair. I’m currently one of only three AI Scalp practitioners in the United States and fewer than 20 worldwide.

I joined Grow Hair Lounge at its launch in July 2020 as one of its original two stylists, later serving as Lead Stylist, Head of Education, mentor, and trainer. During my time at Grow, I played an integral role in developing education and curriculum, training stylists, and contributing to the salon’s growth and professional reputation.

Today, I bring that experience to Alchemy Haus by Devyn, combining advanced color, multiple extension methods, mesh and topper integration, and hair and scalp solutions within a highly individualized approach. I’m also developing The Attuned Stylist, my consultation-focused education program, and Extension Alchemy, an advanced extension education curriculum.
