WOW! What an amazing experience! I came in needing to correct an unfavorable haircut, and also work with my natural curl which is still a bit new to me. Cynthia sat with me and listened carefully to understand me and asked detailed questions. She then gave me the most informative feedback about my natural curls - feedback that no youtube videos could've ever taught me, because she just took in all of the random information I gave and reinterpreted it all to me in a way that I could understand. She helped me see my hair in a new perspective - making me love my hair even more - on top of correcting the cut by giving my hair amazing shape and layers. 15/10 - great stylist and human being.
