I took my stepdaughter Sophia to Crystal to get her hair done for her junior prom. I was a little nervous because Sophia has never had her hair done professionally. She has beautiful hair but it was damaged from her bleaching her own hair and not caring for it properly. Crystal was professional from beginning to end. She stayed in constant communication and was always very responsive. She explained everything to Sophia and I and got permission before cutting Sophia’s hair. She made Sophia’s first salon experience a positive experience. Her salon suite is intimate and cozy with plenty parking spaces. I appreciate that it is a private space with just enough room for the client so people aren’t listening in on your conversations and seeing you at your most vulnerable moments. Sophia’s hair came out beautiful! Crystal understood the assignment and she executed. Sophia could not stop smiling and looking in the mirror on the ride home.
