About
I've been a hair stylist for 21 years, and continue to learn new things every day. I believe in continuing my education in order to stay fresh in my skill, and inspired with what I do. I have attended several classes over the years including but not limited to: Certified Redken Master Specialist; Attended the Redken Exchange in NYC for advanced techniques in cutting {2006}; Giovanni Giuntoli’s “Tear Sheet” Advanced 3 day Editorial Photo Shoot with Professional Models in NYC {2007}; Advanced Color with Redken National Artist Justin Isaac {2009}; In Salon Color Training Program with Redken’s Premier Color Artist and Educator, David Stanko; In Salon- Hands on training with Redken Artist, Hugo Urias; Haircutting and Business Class with Redken’s National Artist, Tina Terry Hunt; Finishing and Design Techniques course with Redken National Artist, Shannon King {2009}; Color and Cutting Class with Redken Artist Scott Sherman {2009}. Some of my specialties include dimensional color and highlighting (foiling, balayage, free paint), curly hair (Diva Curl), men's color, cutting, and styling, texture cutting, and able to work with all hair textures. I enjoy what I do, and love creating positive change in one's look!
