and Massage is my passion. I have over 15 years experience. I give therapeutic massage for relaxation and pain management, injury prevention and recovery, improved mobility and posture. I include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger points, compressions, stretching, cupping, scraping, myofacial, reflexology, cranial sacral, and lymphatic drainage.

, I was born in Orlando, Florida. I grew up in a small town in Lake Panasoffkee Florida. I’ve always been in touch with nature. I went to massage school at Florida College of Natural Health. I have an Associates of Science degree in natural health. I have certifications in sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, a few trigger points certifications, rehab fitness specialist, foam roller, and stability ball training, qi gong and reiki. I’ve also studied holistic medicine. I love learning, traveling, camping and paddle boarding. I am blessed and very grateful to God. I love helping people feel better. Release, Trigger Points, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial Sacral and Swedish massage therapy. Her massages are very therapeutic and healing.
