About
Hello! My name is Cassi Marr and I have been in the beauty industry since 2015. I pride myself in giving my guests an elevated experience by attending extensive training in cutting and coloring throughout the year to further my knowledge and experience in the industry. I specialize in dimensional color, lived-in color, and product knowledge to ensure that you accomplish the same look at home as you received in my salon. Once in my chair you will find that I am knowledgeable and eager to make my guests feel more beautiful than they already are when they leave their appointment. Come in and allow me the opportunity to, not only earn your business, but make you feel your very best!
** Cancellation/No Show Policy: I require a 24 hour cancellation notice when rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made inside of that 24 hour mark, or instances where you do not show up for your appointment, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This fee cannot be applied to your next appointment and must be paid before rescheduling. Your appointments are greatly valued and appreciated. Thank you for understanding.
** Refund Policy For Salon Services: I do not offer refunds for salon services. However, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the service that you received at the salon, I kindly ask you to notify me within two days of your appointment.
** Refund/Exchange Policy For Product: I kindly ask that you return or exchange any hair care product within 7 days of the purchase date. This allows me to promptly address any concerns and ensure that you receive a product that meets your needs.
** All service pricings listed are starting prices and are subject to be changed based on your specific hair type and beauty needs.
** If you're having trouble finding a reservation that suits your schedule, please reach out via text and I will help you find an option that works best for you.
** Referral Program: Receive $15 off of your next service when you refer a new guest and they mention your name upon check out!
