My journey started when I went to hair school some years ago and fell in love with the art, got my cosmetology license in NJ (back in ‘94). I wanted to work on movie sets and open my own salon. I moved to Maryland where I got my MD license.
Fast forward about 25 years....I have finally opened my own salon - REJ Designs!
I am very passionate about my career. I love to learn the new trends and techniques. I am always looking to challenge myself.
I look at hair as a blank canvas. I love to “paint” with color and use my shears to create masterpieces. This is my ART!
Over the years, I have attended numerous advanced color and cutting classes, product knowledge classes, and have become certified in Babe Tape-In Extensions. I use only professional products - Joico, Pravana, Amika, Gibs Grooming. Protecting the health and integrity of your hair, is my top priority.
Consultations, coffee, conversations, and new friendships are always free. Come on in, sit in my chair and let’s create a work of art together. I look forward to meeting you and hope to see you soon.
