With my 20+ years of experience in the beauty industry, I have had the privilege of working under some of the most well respected names in the industry. I was trained by one of America’s Top 20 Salons in Cleveland, Ohio. It was there, that my focus on customer service was born.
I had opportunity to teach for AVEDA in St. Petersburg, FL and here in Cincinnati where I became an AVEDA Certified Haircolor Coach. While I enjoyed teaching and sharing my passion for this industry, I really missed the one on one connection that happens with a stylist and their guest and so I went back behind the chair.
