About
Ashley is an accomplished master stylist with over 16 years of experience in cosmetology. She's so efficient at her job that she considers herself a" hairapist". Ashley can take unhealthy hair and transform it into lushes beautiful hair. Because of her skills, Ashley can produce and high-end results in every visit every time.
While catering to all ages for any occasion from 1st haircuts, teaching parents and youth about their hair, the weekly blow-drys, creative hair color, extensions, wedding Day, last-minute occasion and so much more. Ashley's love for cosmetology shows through her work. She often says that "most days don't even feel like work." Ashley loves making people feel better when they leave than they did when they arrived.
Ashley's passion for the business developed at an early age doing everyone's hair. She felt there wasn't anything about hair she didn't like.
Graduating from Regency Beauty Institute in spring 2008 Ashley knew she wanted to work at a high-end establishment. So she then chose Cary O'Brien's Salon & Spa. There she finished a 100 haircut training program. Ashley soon advanced through the salon's level system reaching the top in just five years. She then continued extended education completing the Redken coloring, cutting, styling program. Fusion Extension training, Deva curl specialist certification, Keratin Complex certification, Business classes at Redken Symposium in Las Vegas for five consecutive years.
Ashley's most proud accomplishment would be attending the Sassoon Academy In Chicago IL. there she learned the true meaning of coloring and cutting at its finest. If you didn't know Vidal Sassoon was one of many to event hair.
With having this training she soon took a leadership role in the salon. Doing on-site training/classes etc. Ashley was the only one to opt into being a mentor at her old salon. This allows her to have four assistants work under her. Ashley then was able to teach & share her gift to them while helping them progress through the training program. Also educating herself on how to share her skills/clients and maximizes her time.
