I want to express how important it is that you never no-show an appointment. If you are no longer able to make your appointment I ask that you give me as much notice as possible to ensure the ability to re-book your appointment slot. The salons cancellation policy requires you to cancel prior to 24 hours before your appointment. 

To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we charge 50% of the service cost if less than 24 hour notice of cancellation is given for an appointment. Appointmens not cancelled and no showed will be charged 100%. 

We do not charge this fee for those canceling due to illness. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment. Thank you for supporting my small business by respecting the salons policy.
