INTERNATIONAL COLOURIST

Hello!  I Have been in the Beauty Industry for thirty years with extensive professional hair colour and design experience with work travels nationally and internationally.  Cleveland, Ohio; New York City, New York; Beverly Hills, California; Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; Toronto, Canada are a few of the experience areas of practice and application of my profession beyond my current location of Indianapolis, Indiana.  Additionally, being and Assistant Platform Artist with educating multiple professional colour lines has provided me opportunities to share my expertise.  Being published in Professional Hair Career, print ads and commercials with features of my work provided a soar in demand of my services. Do to The hit on the service industry by Covid-19 pandemic, I found it was in my best interest to close my salon.  By doing so, I am able to concentrate on my personal carrier and experience the next chapter of life, Salon Lofts at City Way.

I owned and operated a salon in Speedway, IN for 15 years, with 9 stylists and a massage therapist.  I have been a Technical Collective Art Team Member with TIGI Professional for 5 years and a National Educator/Design Team Member with IdHair North America, educating other professionals on the art of hair color and color placement.  I have done hair at New York Fashion Week (2023) and Paris Fashion week (2024). 

My Specialties are blondes, dimensional and creative color along with highlights and balayage.  I do continuing education many times a year in New York City, Scottsdale,  Dallas and Denmark.  The hair industry is always changing and evolving, so this allows me the opportunity to stay on top of present and future trends.  Which then, enables me to deliver the trends, high quality color techniques and latest styles to my guests in the salon. 

My husband, Doug & I live in Indianapolis, Indiana.  When I’m not in the salon pampering my guests, traveling or educating, you can find me creating one of my abstract painting or drinking at our local pub, Dorman Street Saloon or Greg’s.
