Your appointment is very important to Hera Botanical Esthetics, it is reserved specially for you. We respectfully ask for a 48 hour notice. Strictly enforced and that we require a call or email notification so we can rebook this appointment spot. Failure to provide that information will be a cancellation fee. Less than 48 hour notice will be a 50% fee of the service amount. No Call No Shows will be responsible for 100% of the service amount. Services must be held with either a debit or credit card on file. 
Cancelling appointments less than 4 hours before appointment is consider a no call no show and responsible for 100% of service amount.
15 mins late for an appointment you will have to reschedule and may be charged addition fee.
