When I first scheduled with Alicia, I had a huge bald spot on the top of my head from a medication. She then told me there were 2 other smaller bald spots close the base of my head! I wanted to get a dye job and do what I could with the bald spot. She did an incredible job with the dye, even if it wasn't exactly the color she envisions...my meds like to wreak havoc with my hair. She celebrated with me when my hair started to grow back after I switched to a different medication. When I was laid off, she worked to make my hair looked good when all I could afford was a cut. And we celebrated again when I got a new job. She continues to battle my hair and my meds (now my hair is dry as the desert) and makes me feel better when I leave her chair. I'm really grateful for all she has done for me over the years and wouldn't think about going anywhere else.
