LESS than 24 hour notice will be charged 20% of total service at next appointment.
NO SHOWS - 50% of No Show service price will be added at next appointment.
REPEATING NO SHOWS- 100% of canceled service will be charged at next appointment and may be fired as client!

I’ve been going to Abby for years and I’ll never go anywhere else. She kills it everytime! She is very professional, passionate, and creative. I usually get a balayage and no one does it like Abby. I recently had my first appointment with Abby and I am so incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to get my hair done by her. She was so friendly and welcoming, made the entire experience very personable! I showed her some photos I had saved for inspiration and she truly made my hair dreams come to life. When she was done with my hair, she took some photos that I ended up sending to my mom. My mom thought I was re-sending her a photo from my Pinterest board, that’s how incredibly amazing Abby is! I left the salon feeling beautiful and with the hair I had dreamed of having! She also provided me with some education on care for my newly colored hair and products as well. All of the hair products she has available, smell amazing! I trusted her completely and got every product she recommended. I can say wholeheartedly that Abby is an amazing person!
