Hi! My name is Michelle & I’m the owner & stylist at A Bashful Blonde. I’ve been a hairstylist for over 15 years and I specialize in a vast array of blonding techniques. Traditional foils, Balayage, Foiliage, Teasy-lights and the ever so coveted Lived-in Blondes & Brondes that grow out beautifully.
That being said, I love my Brunettes & Coppery Reds so Come on in! Haircutting is a passion of mine and besides a wide range of layering techniques like the wolf cut, shag, cowgirl cut… I adore the BOBS & LOBS and proudly coin myself The Bob Snob. With so many Bob variations like the Italian Bob, French Bob, Cowgirl Bob it’s gonna be a fun year so please join my Tribe of Bob Snobs!

I began my career at the Aveda Institute in 2008. In 2010 I opened my own hair studio in Tampa, FL which thrived for 10 years before I relocated to Boston.
In Boston for 4 years, I specialized in Hair Loss/Hair Replacement & customizing high end wigs for chemo & alopecia clients.
I spent 2 yrs in Brooklyn NYC as a hairstylist in a posh neighborhood salon in Carroll Gardens where I elevated my techniques even further.
I am very easy to talk to so feel free to text me to book an appointment, talk about your hair or answer any questions you may have! 813-786-1344. * All pics featured are my actual Clients *
Michelle is the BEST! I wanted a lighter look to my basic brown and she gave me some balayage which added such a natural sun-kissed look…the perfect Bronde. I returned over and over for touchups and one day decided on a drastic change by lopping off 8 inches to transform my cut to a bob. I loved it! I received so many compliments and am now a true “bob snob”.
I am so happy with my hair! I was a bit terrified to go blonde since I have always colored my hair red, but Michelle was able to transform my grown out red into a natural looking blonde with lots of dimensions and it’s grown out so naturally! To say she has patience is an understatement. And she had me laughing the whole time! Gina
